I have a loan from idfc which was started in nov2021 and now it is ending in September 2022. They provide easy buy card for consumerr durable products (i purchased tv)
After almost 9months they sent me a physical easy buy card which i have never requested. I read the instructions this card is chargeable. But i don't want this card. What i can do to close this card so i don't have to pay any charges.
