Aadhar card does not have the initial.
How to make PAN name same as Aadhar?

Passport is like
Surname
Firstname Middlename

Aadhar is like
Surname Firstname Middlename

PAN is like
Firstname M. D. Surname
where ''D" is the initial of the maiden surname.

But "D" not exist in the passport nor in the Aadhar card

Just use update option on NSDL and enter new details. Verify it with your aadhar. If they do need any additional docs they will send you mail with address, and you need to post the supporting documents to that address

Yes after updation, new PAN card will be delivered

If updated details matches with aadhar, then no further docs might be needed

Just fill up the form and do whatever it tells to do so

no surcharge but only provides 3 RP per 150 (0.5%). not sure any wallet exist to benefit that, let me know if any.

exactly, also to add IMO, spending on IDFC cards should be a thing in the past.

A basic 500rs card from hdfc, axis etc. providing much better benefits.
