As per IDFC cc, welcome points will be credited with 30 working days from 1st transaction

Two days back I have done ₹1000+ CC payment using my IDFC Classic debit card (came with 10K account) on Paytm, MobiKwik, Cheq and PhonePe. None of them gave reward points yet.

On the same boat buddy, no rewards till now for transaction done on 19th, customer care said she will arrange a call back with bm, like he has any control over it. She also mentioned that only first transaction of the month will fetch rewards and for utility it is capped at 250 points. I asked her to furnish any MITC documents as a backing to her claims, but she says its clearly present on the website and she won't provide any such documents!
