When the IDFC customercare team asks about the spend for the missing rewards, what did you tell them? Will telling them SBI unipay be sufficient when they ask where was the transaction done?
They haven't asked. And don't really need to ask as they can see for themselves that online paid on sbi unipay. We should not at tell. If they insist something generic online utility payments. Credit card payments not eligible for any rewards as per terms but SBI unipay doesn't differentiate. Till that time enjoy.

I paid the bill via Jio Finance using IDFC Wealth debit card. I didn't get the RPs. I raised ticket for not receiving RPs and after a few days they got credited.
