I got both mayura is out for delivery ashva tomorrow most probably, but i am thinking of not activating ashva will i have to still pay joining fees??? As it is activated in the app.

You can do it provided if you already hold IDFC CC. If not you will likely get a CIBIL hit but you can decide not to proceed too.
