IDFC First Bank Mayura Super Premium Credit Card & Ashva Premium Credit Card (Both Metal Cards) Launched

A slight off topic, question.

I have IDFC Vistara, IDFC Wealth cards before getting Mayura and Ashva cards. On applying them I got the limit of Wealth CC and Vistara CC to Mayura and Ashva. Now recently couple of days back I have received limit enhancement on IDFC Vistara card by 15% and other cards remain with old limit. I have requested IDFC about merging the limits and they came up with this reply to submit documents to increase or merge limits across other cards.

Is it the same policy?

don't worry , limit on the other cards will also increase to the max limit within a business week.
Same happened with me . Just remember , IT IS AN AUTOMATIC PROCCESS , it takes time.

Axis, HDFC works that way as per my experience too. But for IDFC this is my first experience, so needed someone's view on this.
I have received two times limit enhancement on IDFC cards, first time holding IDFC select and power+ and second time select and Vistara both the times limit enhancement offer received first through WhatsApp channel followed by mail, but in both instance received on one and was automatically applied to others like HDFC, last enhancement received this July but both times received on select itself so maybe core card limit applies to all.

Usually IDFC is good on tech, your views might be right.

You’re right, but not in a month. Just had call with IDFC team and they told that limits will be merged automatically by system within 5-7 business days and there is no necessity to take request on this. Thanks.

Long time reader first time poster, for International trips/purchases I always survived with Fi Debit, Niyo SBM Debit/Credit but the limit of 1L FD bit me on my last trip as my expenses crossed 50% of the limit which affected the cibil score big time. With a fairly decent limit on my IDFC wealth I decided to get Mayura mostly for zero forex & the 50000 Cancellation cover.

The question is, all debit cards i have charge 200INR min for using international ATM, now that IDFC has zero forex and zero interest on cash withdrawal, will the ATM fee of 199INR be only applicable even while using International ATM or is there any other specific charge for it ?

Same experience for me when I swiped in Joyalukkas recently for a purchase. He was like this card, looks wow and when did IDFC launch this??
Happened with me as well multiple times now. I also love the feel of Mayura Card. Feels like a good reason to hold on to the card 😛

There will be cash withdrawal charges. You can check tnc if it is different for international ATMs.

If you want to withdraw cash from international ATMs with 0 forex charges and cash withdrawal charges, then the best card is IndusInd Exclusive debit cards. (I think Indie cards also)

Cash withdrawal limit is only 10% of the card limit ( that's what it's showing for me ) , so not that much useful especially for international transactions withdrawal since our money value is less .

Yes... 199+GST is applicable for ATM withdrawal for all IDFC cards by default.

Advantage is zero forex and no interest for Mayura

Somone from IDFC called me and told that I have not set card pin and card will be closed if pin is not set within 30 days.

I told that I already did online txn form the card and it's in active state.

Can somone confirm what was informed by IDFC executive is correct?
