Nice , i generated the card last month 29th itself but haven't done any transactions 1000 or more , planning to use it directly on my singapore trip .
Anyone has got the 10000 bonus points yet? I have already paid 1st statement bill and yet haven’t received yet..
Not yet. Might be after next statement generation. Let's wait.
I received service call yesterday and they told me that bonus rewards points will be credited in 90 Days before 31 Dec 2024.
Good, Thank you for the update. If 90 days for August applied people it will be by 22nd-30th November 2024.
Update: I got both the cards. I have only activated Ashva.
If someone was waiting for automatic card closure if not activated within 30 days as per RBI Guidelines. That might not work in the case of IDFC as per my experience. IDFC charged the JF instantly and they are treating the card as active as you have applied the card. The billing date for the card is 22nd September, so it would be a good idea to close the card before the bill is generated if you do not intend to activate it. Read the comment.

Received a Service call yesterday and according to them reward points will be credited before 31 December.
Received today and same has been informed.

Yeah , me too received a call and they said sorry will get the rewards before 31st .
This will help them to retain the card holders for longer time , so users can have more time to explore the card instead of closing immediately once get the rewards.
