IDFC FIRST CC vkyc Issue

I have applied for IDFC First CC on 27.11.2023 through its mobile app.
I am a IDFC First savings account holder.
On C2C basis I was offered Wealth card and asked for vkyc.
I did vkyc but it was not updated on checking status so I again did my vkyc on 28.11.2023 and 03.12.2023, but still the cc application tracking status shows my vkyc is pending.
I am unable to connect to customer care for any help and so written over mail and waiting for reply from past 6-7 days.
What can I do?
any help pls.

After vkyc no verification ? Of address? Saw many saying home & office verification.
But those were select,wealth kinda card.

My application seems to be properly c2c .
Bcz of card 90k axis . Showed me 65 k via c2c no verification.
75k+ higher limit via income verify via salary statement.

It depends on other parameters.. even if there is verification there can be ways .. let at least 48 hours pass

Got link for re- vkyc .
Called customer care 1st time - said u can do revkyc or just wait for 7 days .
Called customer care 2nd time today - said did ekyc ( physically happened) along with vkyc . I said while applying Idfc banker said there would be no such thing as e-kyc physically. Meanwhile he sent a link for scheduling the same .
Then he took a minute said , No ekyc will happen ( since i told him about idfc Banker) . & Just wait for 7 working days and it will be delivered.

This is more exciting than sbi 😅.

i applied for a idfc cc completed vkyc on the same day but it has been more than 2 days still the vkyc status show incomplete when i track my cc application
