IDFC First Wealth easily approved

I am NTB customer with IDFC. I had some relationship in the past with IDFC via Flipkart Paylater which I had closed last year.

Hi Guys,

I will share my successs story of how I got approved for Wealth Credit Card from IDFC bank.

I recieved a call from sales team that I was eligible for IDFC LTF credit card. I clearly told them I am not gonna apply unless I get wealth card. She told she can apply Wealth for me and it will approve for sure.

I trusted her and followed her steps and boom the card was approved on second day and virtual card has arrived.

My monthly avg salary is ~60k and CIBIL hovers between 770 and 780


If anyone wants to apply ensure your work location and current residence is at same City. I can share the agent contact who helped me to apply.

WFH so not possible for me.
In her knowledge, WFH with company address (or any company branch) not in same city usually gets rejected later on.

Hey I too received a call 2 months ago and followed the same process But I got IDFC select with 2L limit
I've other bank CCs with>5L limit
Now, I wish to upgrade my cc or LE will it be possible right now or should I wait for few more months

If possible how to proceed?
Share their cc dept Email ID if Posible

I wrote emails, but they kept rejecting. idk if talking can help, but no harm in trying. Will give it a go.

Very less chance even if you mail PNO.

If you already have existing CC from IDFC and does not care for it, maybe close it and retention team might help you with it.
Not much but I guess 1-2 such cases were reported here.

Some members who had Select card, closed it and reapplied and got wealth.

That's very unfortunate. So, I guess I will just have to wait till they give me 5L+ Credit Limit.

Share their cc dept Email ID if Posible

banker@idfcfirstbank.com here, send an email. Most likely they will ask 3 months salary slips and bank statement for an LE.

Any agents for IDFC wealth CC? asking for my friend.He has no credit cards just a One card FD backed and credit score of 788.Salaried 95K in hand salary per month.

Best way to get the wealth card is open wealth account keep 1-2 lakh balance you will automatically get auto approved card in 4-5 months.. don't apply any other card.. Wait for wealth to be available as auto approved card

Oh sounds perfect.But i think you need to have account in cities.Because my BM had said me once they don't have authority to issue wealth credit card for rural branch.They have Urban and Rural branch concept.

I live in NCR it worked for us

NCR address, but one of the family member has no credit history.. but still directly got the wealth credit card.. with limit of less than 2 lakh

Yes.. and that too will nil credit score.. as there were no old credit card or loan
