I am NTB customer with IDFC. I had some relationship in the past with IDFC via Flipkart Paylater which I had closed last year.

Hi Guys,

I will share my successs story of how I got approved for Wealth Credit Card from IDFC bank.

I recieved a call from sales team that I was eligible for IDFC LTF credit card. I clearly told them I am not gonna apply unless I get wealth card. She told she can apply Wealth for me and it will approve for sure.

I trusted her and followed her steps and boom the card was approved on second day and virtual card has arrived.

My monthly avg salary is ~60k and CIBIL hovers between 770 and 780

If anyone wants to apply ensure your work location and current residence is at same City. I can share the agent contact who helped me to apply.

For agent contact check message number #42

I have recieved my physical card in just 2 days check message #43

WFH so not possible for me.
In her knowledge, WFH with company address (or any company branch) not in same city usually gets rejected later on.

Successfully closed the most useless card in my collection - IDFC First Wealth CC
Now a days, everyone is getting this card, and looks like IDFC first has a lot of bulk stock of this card printed and kept somewhere and somehow they want to finish the stock. That's why they are throwing away this card at everyone just like that.
To be honest, they should not call it a premium card. The reward rates are so poor and there are no benefits as well.
IDFC First is becoming the next ICICI by giving so many useless low-rewarding cards, just by calling it as premium and super premium.
Recently they increased my card limit 50 %.
From 5L to 7.5L.
No use.
I won't use this card.
My friends are using BYGO offer.
Otherwise I would have closed it.

I'm receiving everymonth thanks messages from frds/family just because of this card

Sometimes, these thanks messages are very costly... Just in case.

Thanks for warning us bhai.
But 200 to 800 per month not a big deal na. 10k per year mostly. Plus they send money first.
I feel its fine

My friends are right away paid the full amount once they completed the transaction.

For bigger purchases on bank offers, first they transferred the full amount after that only they will use my card.

I will not encourage EMI transactions on my card.

Money matters can grow quickly, especially when debts are involved—it often starts small but can increase exponentially. I’ve shared this based on experiences I've seen with many around me. If you’re confident in managing it, you can proceed, but do keep this point in mind when in need.

This is just a suggestion based on personal observations, especially in scenarios where payments are delayed or calls are ignored. as advice, nothing more.

This is really true and it is very easy to find the real colors of our friends when we ask them for 1000-2000 rs.
I have always used it many times to avoid fake people, just ask them for Rs 5000 rolling for one month 😛
