IDFC Future First Savings Account

Thinking of opening a Future First Savings Account with IDFC Bank. The services are more or less similar to a premium account at any bank with no MAB or Debit Card charges (Visa Signature is being offered).

Anyone who is using it currently, how has been the experience?

Zero initial deposit, experience was horrible as the branch didn't know that future first account exists. So I had to raise a complaint on Twitter and then my account was opened

Tried opening from nearby branch they had no idea how to open the account, even after suggesting to look within salary accounts they refused to open the account after escalation to nodal office now they are calling to come to the branch.

Are bhai pass out wale hin zyada he. Either you need access to College mail for otp or College id to click pic. You can edit the batch if you want.

Not worth the time .
Idfc is another hopeless bank .
Better get cc & be happy.

Don't need unlimited atm withdrawal.
Hopeless bank is enough for tantrums.

When I opened they didn't took picture from tab. I mailed the executive my enrollment letter and he took out a print, and I signed it. He just wanted for his satisfaction.

But now after their tabs have been updated, many have reported that it has to be uploaded.
