IDFC has started to upgrade from Select to Wealth, easily by Card to Card

I did the same. Closed my Select card of 2+ years old. I never received any spend based offer or any limit enhancements, nothing for me.
This despite using IDFC as my main savings account and now a Wealth program member as well.

F*ckers don't deserve my business.

Got mine upgraded from Select to Wealth.
Limit was 4.6 which was upgraded to 5.6 and then the upgrade to Wealth.
Got message of CIBIL hit as well.

What's the best usage of the card apart from the BOGO on PayTM Movies ?

Through a card 2 card process, did they upgrade your card to WEALTH?
or you sent them bank statements and salary slips.

Hi, have tried reaching out to cc for upgrade to wealth from existing millennia with limit of 1.5L. Have shared salary slip and bank statement.
But they said can increase limit to 3.5L and upgrade to select is possible. There was no cibil check but max limit reported in cibil is 4L.
PS : In the meantime, got whatsapp message for LE to 1.75L which I didn't take but it was first time it was given

Your usage?
How old card?
Why am asking this is lot of people have tried and still trying. We are trying to gauge IDFC's approval/enhancement process.

Sure no problem
Salary is around 2L
It is 1.5 year old card
Don't use often but last month did 7.5K for spend based offer
Yes I don't know either. Have asked for wealth but seems they want 4L limit atleast

Salary - 75-100k
Age - 26
Wealth CC - 4 months old (first IDFC card) - Limit 8.4L

No other relationship with IDFC bank.
Others cards have Similar limits 8.4/8/4.5, etc

I applied normally on their website for a credit card. They showed me first wealth itself as first option and i got it. They asked my other card and limit details and instantly gave option for wealth.

Did you enter your actual monthly salary (75k-100k) while applying for the IDFC CC or did you mention it as 3L+? Because even if you want to apply for C2C, I've heard that they expect monthly salary of 3L+ in addition to CC with 5L+ limit.
