IDFC has started to upgrade from Select to Wealth, easily by Card to Card

Have one query regarding this particular method of closing Select variant and re-applying via C2C - how many CIBIL hits do we incur from IDFC throughout this process?
 
I tried last month the same.
Send bank statements salary slips and other CC statements with more than 5lk limit.
No luck and hence cancelled select as I was not even using it for any spends.
 
Hi, I am a Wealth customer, I have Select card with 4.25 Lakhs limit and Federal Celesta with exactly 5 Lakhs limit still IDFC is denying upgrade to Wealth.
I have spent roughly 6 Lakhs in last 6 months as well.
I don't have any other IDFC Cards not even UPI.

I had a call with Customer service and they sent me a link to upload my bank statement and aadhar and pan and ticket is in open status from 10 days 🤞 asking me to wait for 2 more days to get update
 
Sent my magnus statement with 5.1 lakh limit ,received below reply

Dear Sir,
Greeting from IDFC FIRST Bank!

We understand your concern.

In order to upgrade your card, we will need to increase your credit limit post which we can check if card is eligible for upgrade. For limit increase we request you to share income documents. Request you to send below documents on banker@idfcfirstbank.com.

Last 3 months of salary slip along with 3 months Bank statement stating Salary Credit with IFSC code and other detail reflecting.

Please note: Limit enhancement and upgrade is subject to assessment basis the document shared and bank's internal policies.
