kal idfc agent home verification kar ke gya meri and photos bhi click kiye bol rha tha ke approve ho jaega ab and aaj subah ye message aaya idfc se, kya karna chahiye ab?

Yesterday, one person came to my home and have done home verification and today one more person called me and saying home verification still not done and he is coming again for my verification very pathetic service from idfc bank.
Today from this number call came. and today no one is available at home how i will verify please suggest any idea if someone faced situation like this.

Well in case of idfc
You need to specific regarding your resignation address like if you are residing in a rented place you specially need to mention which floor you are residing. And you also.need to mention block no/ road no/ gali no/ and landmark is mandatory.

Like if you are residing in a flat and you mentioned your address as 601 xyz apartment you are gonna get the message again for address update and you need to mention the correct address for re verification. You need to be more specific for card approval in idfc.

Same happened with me, like 2 days ago someone came to verify my residential address, I was at my office so I called my family to co-operate with him but he ended the call. Again I got a call yesterday but ended just after receiving the call. Tried to call him back but couldn't. Idk what to do now. I've mentioned from my floor number to locality everything. Hey do you have any update on this because same happened with me today. I applied for ixigo AU Card as its running LTF. Today i got a call and i was in office. He was asking me something and couldn't understand his Telugu accent on the phone (no offense to the Telugu people it me who find it difficult to understand Hindi in different accents). He hung up call instantly and i tried again he was not picking after half an hour i tied he cut the call. Before this I mentioned very clearly that i am available at flat after 7 before that on a weekday i am in office. I don't have anyone else who could do the home verification in place of mine because i live on rent with some random flatmates. Credit Card Companies should think about this a salaried working from office person won't be available at home in the middle of a weekday then how will the verification happen. I understand the bank person would also be pissed that most people are not available at their residence for verification.

Exactly bro exactly finally someone understood my pain, if i give home address they say different cities and if i give hostel address they come in office hours and in office they aren't allowed without the id card of that office so can't do that i mean wth is the income and cibil are for just check my documents and give me the card wth they'll do see my work place i literally don't understand these idiotic policies of banks
