While logging in via Customer ID & Mobile no., it is saying 'Please enter valid details'. Have you tried?

My Account got upgraded in October 2022 but I didn't receive any subscription, I was busy so didn't even see what I was getting into with Wealth Account .

I logged into firstrewards website found nothing there! HDFC Premium Accounts have separate CS I don't think IDFC has that Facility
for quick resolution meh.

Yes working fine for me... Have 0 points... Done most of my transactions through upi... They require rs1000 transaction for welcome points...

They are trying similar to axis grab deals... Translating into points 10x at flipkart...

Yes we can. Their app is full of errors. You should contact customer care.

They are saying your Debit card must have completed 31 days. I have recently got Select DC, so maybe that is the reason.

In first email they said multiple cards can be added in single account and they taken my complaint, now they are saying only one card is allowed per account. the code even not working in new account.
