Indus bank does not accept adhar !!

Digusting Bakwas Bank, I wanted to change my credit card address, bank says no to adhar as proof of address!!, ridiculous , is there any reference that I can cite and make them accept?

What do you mean by bank says?
Did customer care told you that? or Branch manager or some branch employee?

There are many directives/press-releases by RBI mentioning OVDs for the purpose of KYC and Aadhaar is one of them, for example:

Reserve Bank of India

Officially valid documents (OVDs) for KYC purpose include: Passport, driving licence, voters’ ID card, PAN card, Aadhaar letter issued by UIDAI and Job Card issued by NREGA signed by a State Government official.

Another thing is, the bank must be opening digital/online account and they might only be accepting PAN and Aadhar only and PAN does not have address.
Maybe the person who told you has never heard of a thing named e-KYC which is verified using Aadhaar and is treated as proof of identity and address.

Give them whatever they want OR complain to PNO about violation of RBI directive.

Ask them what do they want ? If they say pan then go to pan website ask for adress change as per adhar pan adress will change and say as per pan pull out my addres.

In this case they don't have any option to surrender there words.

If they don't accept pan take it in email and file a case against bank in the rbi

U mst b sending aadhar by mail. Its nt allowed. Ask dem if dey want masked copy of aadhar on mail. Or go to bank dere dey will accept ur normal aadhar.
