IndusInd Account Frozen

I opened one month before an Indus Advantage account which they were opening through Indus Credit Card. After one month they blocked the account. I also visited the branch they were clueless why the account was frozen. They said it will take 10 days and they need to personally verify the address. Can anyone assist what can be done here to speed up this.
 
Yes mailing them regularly. They also sent address verification executive for three times in past one month. Every time they just initiate the fresh address verification request
Next time they visit take photograph of their ID card, or take photograph of that person. After that start mailing that this person came, and also ask them why the address verification.
 
I don't what's the thing with these small banks ..

Don't do it, their system is glitching. They have many security concerns which I noticed. They send direct link on WhatsApp and after that with just an OTP you can get a credit card. On the website you can activate and deactivate some services of the account without logging into the account and with just an OTP. These posses serious security concerns as now the bank internal software is being exposed to external links and can become a victim of hacking.
 
My 2 Indusind Delite 0 Bal account gor frozen last week, i have also n number of upi transactions mostly credits and few debits like credits in 3 digits 4 digits and debits in 5 digitis one account got frozen because of suspicious activity and some chutiya admi has done some ncrp complaint for 1600₹ and it is showing as lein but bank doesnt know that once ncrp compaint and they blocked two amounts with same complaint number that means 3200 blocked. And i still dont know who did ncrp i have complaint number if anyone can help me to find out detail out of compaint number i would be helpful. And second account got frozen randomly without any response yet and no lien marked in account also. I have already mailed to indusind nodal department waiting for their reponse they typically take 7 working days to respond.
 
Update: Account Closed and got the balance amount.
Hi please help me how to close account and get the balance amount .. it's more than 2 months i went to branch & called them regarding account freeze they just saying me wait to get unblock we can't do anything head office will do what they have to and now they stoped responding my calls. Please help me sir

Email them every day also register a complaint in RBI Banking Ombudsman after getting reply over email.
