I have a IndusInd maxima account. I have to maintain 20k AQB. Can I change my account to IndusInd Delite account online or I have to visit my branch to change. I want to get the Delight Debit card that's why I want to change and also it's zero balance account, so lot less headache.

1. U can't downgrade online. Through branch only possible.
2. Zero balance downgrade not possible. Least possible downgrade is privilege account 5k mab and is eligible for delight dc
