Indusind bank CC help required

Sir/Madam,

I completed my vkyc today but didn't got any sms or email about the successful vkyc ,Called the customer care. They aren't aware of it

Anyone from the IndusInd bank or advise would be helpful ,Thanks

Have some patience dude. Not even 24hrs have passed. It's not like food delivery where you order now and within the next 30m, it is at your doorstep.

In my case I did my vkyc and forgot about it. After a couple of days i got a welcome email from the bank. It's been 8 months and I still haven't got approval sms.

Got a call from the verification agent ,Said that need to verify office and home address but I said I wasn't around at both and office was under renovation so he said will click the picture from outside and for residence,He will ask the guard so I said okay and called him after 30 minutes,He disconnected the call . Not sure whether he sent negative report or no report .

Any way to find out? Thank you
