In the case of that other member and also in my case, their internal team marked it as "account closure requested" when we asked about the NMC waiver. In my case, I also got a call from the branch asking why I wanted to close the account
I understand what you're saying and I agree, there is no possible way they can close it without us first signing a letter.. But this is the direction in which they seem to be going.

hmm, strange!

For my account, some goof-up happened. While Exclusive was opened in tab etc, it backend it opened as Select only.

Now going through manual process of upgrade etc. Let's see

Thanks man.. my indus is converted to exclusive now and i confirmed from customer care that it's under nmc catagory but still I'll wait for automated statement.

My question is which debit card I can/should avail? Can i avail more than 1 Debit card? Currently i have visa Signature which came with indus partner. How many DC i can avail and how to do that? And is there any visa metal debit card variant also as cust care told me that. I tried to understand this by reading previous conversations under this main thread but that was so confusing.

And 2nd what should i do to get LTF pinnacle from my LTF legend

No metal debit card yet
IMO one dc is enough if u get out of it well
Pinnacle no ltf yesterday also I spoke with DSA and finally agreed for 10k instead of 15k

Metal DC is offered with pioneer account

I did a mail to Indusind Bank Exclusive ID to confirm my account is Zero Balance or Not. THey raised a request for Account closure.

Really Funny Bank. Only FD Interest seems interesting
