can you tell me u received this statement on email itself or you have downloaded it from the internet banking or the mobile banking and when the statement will come by mail if so.

because I downloaded the statement from 27th October to till date and there is nothing like that appearing in my statement like in yours. I think so this will appear in the statement which will come automatically by email. please let me know about the same

Yes manual generated statements will not have that header so wait for ur email auto statement

actually branch opened that partner account instead of that exclusive.
I scolded them a lot and it's converted to exclusive as just now received the confirmation.
i have asked for an email confirmation from their side about nmc
can you tell me what benefits i will get through this account and how many debit cards i can get and what about credit cards under this account (i have legend LTF already.)

Benefits almost all posts in this thread covered and new thing Reg signature debit card in exclusive account is that the rewards acquired can be converted to club vistara points too with a ratio of 1:1 i tried today
Reg credit card since u have ltf legend try to upgrade to pinnacle once ur exclusive account is opened

I got my times prime membership for partner account opened on 7th nov.... Account still not credited with 4l cheque.... Also welcome kit dispatched... Dont know what taking so long for them to encash the cheque....

Wow that was quick for the membership,
As far as I've experienced indusind bank is slow in doing every work.
My cheque was credited on the fifth day of account opening

Yes i am even surprised..... Many people have to run months to get that membership... In previous account opening... They gave me quick.... But the major thing of cheque... Still pending... Without that 4l credit the offer is invalid.....my 5th day passed today.....

Which was previous opened account??

For the quick receival of membership I think that the partner account gets this thing automatically because it is complementary with the account by default, whereas other account might require mannual trigger.

When I had opened partner account I had recieved it within a week.
