IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺

i was already having upstox 3in1 account few days ago i got legend cc, then when i went to nearest indusind branch branch people told me to maintain 50k for 3 months then i can upgrade that account . is it true? anyone having same experience , how to upgrade that account directly, already linked my legend cc to that account.

Branch bluffing with you, once you add 50k they should be good to take upgrade request

But if they are not accepting then change the branch and ask new branch to do that

My nearest branch bank manager still doesn’t know the difference between delite account and select account 🤣

I said I want to open indusind select account with 0 mab……he said bas account hona chahiye koisa ho 😂

I visited the branch today and the BM approached me when he came to know im a potential target(customer). He was telling me all the benefits of grande ac and why i should not choose select. Later he started selling me ULIPS and at the end i simply said, just open me a select savings ac

She was denying all the way till the end about select ac being 0 Mab but i showed her the pdf and she asked her BM and he replied,
“Are sir woh toh ye account lene pe aapko card milega 3 months k bad“
Then he lectured me on grande ac benefits and then he left
then I showed the email confirmation from tf community and only then she said accha hum pehle ac open kar lete hai fir email karke dekhte hai kya hota hai

It's all shit. Even I had Upstox-3-in-1 account. First they denied and said there is no such offers. Later They transferred the call to Lady BM I told her cross check she said will call you later. I got call within a minute and said to visit branch however I was not in the position to visit anywhere I mailed the PNO and asked them to visit my home. First few mails they were not ready however after few days I got call from a guy saying that his senior sent him with forms of upgradation he is standing downstairs. He took some signature and photo of legend card that's it.
