IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺
 
Anyways they will ask you to visit branch to do kyc later on... better to visit once and finish off everything for once and all.
VKYC is already completed. Let the welcome kit gets delivered and then for all issues I will visit once. Going by the experience in this thread I am sure there will be quite a few. 😉

On a second thought, I think they create these problems knowingly so that you visit the branch and they can cross sell something else. even if 10% customer buys something it's a win win for them.

BTW legend card is getting devalued, what's the best way to exhaust the points? do they charge redemption fee?

Even after VKYC, their systems wont show KYC and you wont be able to get cheque book (most likely).

Regarding rewards of legend card, its so worse that I wont use it unless its for some offers
 
IndusInd is the most weird and technologically decade old bank. They are sending me notifications from a while to complete video kyc, I opened my account online in January 2023 and completed physical kyc almost 8 months ago.

In my case the branch was good, everything got sorted in one visit and didn't tried to sell anything.

Yep they also send me email today to complete kyc and when I put in details, it said either you have already completed KYC or is not required at the moment.

And once they gave a pop up in app for applying for legend card when in that app very app I have legend card only

I too am full kyc user. Still roaming around bank every now and then for signature update. Maze ki baat ye hai ki backend team employee ka email/calls ignore kar rahi hai according to him.
 
Ok so debit freeze got released in the night automatically. I was randomly trying UPI transaction and it went through.

Also raised MC debit card request without any issue, the customer care executive herself said you want MC in addition to signature which is already issued, I said yes and she raised the request.

still waiting for the welcome kit.

Got the debit card today and linked everything in the new id, old was creating issues. now how do I apply debit card, I am not able to see any apply link in app or netbanking
 
Not sure about supreme debit card, probably it has annual fees, so the customer care is trying to issue that.
For Indusind select account; Visa signature select, Mastercard world select and Visa platinum select variant is life time free.

You can order visa signature select and visa platinum variant from the app yourself. No need to contact customer care for that.

And for your confirmation, you can send a mail to reachus@indusind.com . They will confirm it by sending a mail. And if you can see savings account and credit card in your mobile app, there is nothing to confirm. It's already zero mab. But for peace of mind, you can mail and keep the reply as a reference.
bro how do request debit card from app? not seeing the option
 
I have a Legend CC. I opened Indusind Delite(0 AMB online) savings account. Now I came to know about 0 AMB select savings account+ Legend CC.
Can I get my delite account upgraded to Select account with Legend CC?

First of all don't link your credit card in app now, go to branch, tell them to upgrade your account to Indus select.
They may ask for some funding. Do that and upgrade your account. Then link your credit card in your mobile banking.
That's it, enjoy your zero mab select account.
