IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺

Is anyone facing issue with Insus Mobile app? I am not able to log in since yesterday, it's showing error continuously.

Plus, one ghost payment of Rs 7 has been credited in my Indus credit card, I have no trace who made the payment.
SMS came from bank regarding it, but couldn't verify it yet due to app failure.

You can avail net banking service. I have got a message of 1750 Rs payment but it's not showing anywhere in the net banking.
Update: Now we can use mobile banking too. 1750 Rs got in Eazydiner card. Transaction description is 'Cash back for SA X Sell on CC base'.

You can avail net banking service. I have got a message of 1750 Rs payment but it's not showing anywhere in the net banking.

go to branch -> fill the upgrade form -> they might ask your Aadhaar & PAN -> link you Legend card via netbanking and drop an email to confirm zero MAB 🙂

For apply debit card :- Login to app -> right 3 line -> apply now -> Debit card -> Signature Select then proceed via OTP verification
Or if you want MasterCard World then call Customer care and ask them to apply.

However, I have not received any option to complete the Video KYC (VKYC). Kindly advise on how I can proceed with the VKYC process for my account.

Today I got legend CC. I already hold Indus Digi account (i.e 20k IP then 0AMP). Can I upgrade this account and select and make it a 0MAB using Legend CC? Is it possible?

While applying for a savings select account, did you guys get an option to create MAccess (I don't recall the exact name)? Also, does anyone happen to know how to access virtual debit card details? They were generated but I can't access them through the link.

I think these guys are one step above Citibank on security. 🙂
We have to be very patient with these guys. Don’t use this as primary account and don’t issue cheques. Keep it as zero balance account for 25% discounts etc.

i have indus delite account.now i received legend cc.So should i open a new account or upgrade current one?In which method linking wont be a headache?I dont see any cc linked to my netbanking or app either.
