Indusind Pinnacle Credit Card: Fee waiver

I recently got approved for pinnacle credit card from indusind.
On the approval page joining fee was showing as 5k.
I have delight saving account with them with delight debit card.
1. Will i get fee waiver on spending 50k in 90 days as per past expeiof members if any.
2. Customer care told that fee is 15k for this account and 5k is only for grande account. They gave general answer.
3.. If i upgrade account to exclusive, will i be able to retain delight debit card or not.
4.Any other way to get fee waiver.

1. If it's mentioned on the page that fees will be charged if spend of 50K is not done in 90 days, then only it will be waived off. Otherwise, they will charge it.

2. It has many entry points, so not rely on their answers, what was written at the time of application of final for you.

3. Mostly they don't close the Debit Cards.

4. No idea.

Guys u should get message like this for 50k spending ltf criteria
Btw pls someone suggest what all categories are covered for 50k
Is fuel spends eligible?

Hi, My mother closed her indusind cc and after six months, today we again applied for pinnacle cc through their website

The fee shown was Rs.5000 and the limit shown was 5L
My ques.. is will this fee be reversed if I spend Rs.50000 in the next 3 months?

I did but I couldn't find anything related to the fee
BTW, the card is approved today, I'll try to contact via email or phone and ask them for fee details soon and update here

Today 15000 plus GST, almost 17.5K has been debit from the credit card. I am feeling scammed by Indusind, dropped an email to PNO. If I don't get satisfactory response, then I will reacout to RBI Ombudsman. Hope that'll work.

I haven’t activated the card yet for this reason.

Yes, the JF was not yet deducted
I've already sent email to PNO and received a reply today
They asked me to send an email again once the JF is deducted from card

Actually I activated card day before yesterday and spent around 40k

Let's see, if I find any jf debited I'll send an email again

They have just sent a generic response as an acknowledgement and asked me to wait. Will let you know if I receive any further update. But the sad part is, their bill generation date is 25th Feb, so I guess I have to pay the charges at first. Which they should reverse, otherwise I have alreay started drafting the details to submit a case in RBI Ombudsman’s website in future.

Please permit us to clarify as follows:

• Basis your email, we wish to inform you that we have raised a request to reverse the Membership Fees of INR 15,000.00 + GST.
• The request shall be processed within 2 working days.
• We have also raised a request to change your Fee code from INR 15,000.00 + GST to INR 5,000.00 + GST.
• The request for the same shall be processed within 7 working days.
• We would also like to provide you with a confirmation that the Membership Fee of INR 5,000.00 + GST shall be waived of subject to the achievement of total spend-criteria of INR 50,000.00 within 90 days from the date of Card issuance.

Wow, good for you. Let's see, I am yet to receive any such response from the PNO. I have sent a followup email yesterday, but no response. Indusind people works very slow.
