Since MasterCard ban is lifted now, I requested Indusind bank to upgrade my Legend card to Pinnacle credit card, and I received the attached response.

Indusind bank didn't get the news or is there something I'm missing?

It has few slots each day one is at midnight 12 and 11am and some times 7pm we need to book immediately when slots are opened same thing goes for legend as well

There is a way to bypass redemption fee using twid rewards, and pinnacle still offers 2.5%(1rp=1₹) rewards on all online spends except few categories

You got me wrong I believe, what I said that you will earn 2.5% of reward points on spends but the value of those points has been decreased from 1 RP = ₹1 to 1 RP = ₹0.75.

May be if you go for cash credit 0.75 using twid i was able to get 1rp = 1₹ and no redemption feee 😜

Twid can be found on cred , jio Mart etc while checkout just select twid and enter cc registered mobile number voila u will be able to redeem rps from credit card for more visit https://twidpay.com/
