Indusind Pinnacle

Since MasterCard ban is lifted now, I requested Indusind bank to upgrade my Legend card to Pinnacle credit card, and I received the attached response.

Indusind bank didn't get the news or is there something I'm missing?

Yeah, no issues. I mailed them at around 6pm(was waiting for your suggestion 🙂).
Let's hope that they provide ltf upgrade to pinnacle card, fingers crossed.

I would suggest you to wait for their reply & then I will tell you.
But I think you have raised this issue directly to Head Card Service which you should have started from normal customer care.
But let it be like this, wait for their reply, let's see what they say.

I called the customer care few months ago, but they offered me legend card with joining fee, so now i directly mailed their head card service to get a more suitable response. As soon as i get some response, i will update in this thread.

May be they deny due to less limit stating not eligible for that card.
As every card has a starting limit.
But in rare case bank can do anything.

When I enquired a employee from my branch for Pinnacle C2C he said the min limit should be 75k.
Idk if it's the legit limit or not

But you don't keep that in mind, put pressure on them.

BTW, Do you know what is the floor limit for legend?
Because one of my friends got legend LTF with 1 lakh limit.
