Indusind Stopped Offline Sourcing of Credit Cards

I recently connected with an Indusind Agent to apply for additional credit card on Split Limit basis and came to know that they can't do it any more by offline application as Indusind has got totallu digital for Credit card application processing.

Can someone confirm.

Probably he wanted to avoid you by telling lies.
Recently a lot of people applied via offline agent that I was aware of..

Can they process my Indusind Eazydiner Signature Card application as LTF on Split limit basis ?
Can you please tag them, if they confirm will connect with them for the application or ask the agent again.

Its true, They have been saying this since couple of months.. But sometime last week they went full digital and no more offline process.
 
then the agents can also do digital applications just like yes bank on behalf of customers
 
Indusind has separate interface for customer application and agent application. It is true that offiline process close totally. But the online process for agent interface is same as offline process.
This is what I was talking about in my previous post
