Yes Impria Rm bonus is dependent on the customer feedback
But not sure who gives them good feedback
I have never seen single good feedback for virtual RM
But Branch RM cannot be imperia RM in some cases

I would suggest everyone who are seeking Infinia to pause and see if it is worth the hassle. HDFC has become very picky about new issue of the card which is good to protect over issuing of this card. It is a fact that after some many years, this card holds its ground for some wise decisions from bank. Just look at Magnus, how axis wrapped up the rewards drastically. Icici for a while trying to launch to counter Infinia, but couldn't match.
From different stories of Infinia application from different sources, it seems like there is no fixed rule now and RMs are useless. So, I suggest to relax and wait for turn for HDFC to offer by themselves. I got it similar way 1.5 yrs back after holding Regalia for 7 years wit 11L limit. Patience is the key.

My rm got me infinia but is after me now to take ulips😅. Recently tried to apply add on card for my father, rm saying first need to apply for saving account then can get add on card. Will try submitting form in other branch

In your past life you might have fasted and worshipped lord Shiva in the holy month of Kartika.Whenever I read such threads, I think, what did I do to get a good RM / BM. They got me Infinia in little more than a month. And with my inflexibility of not agreeing to close my existing Neu Infinity card.

add on can be applied via netbanking ig
Father don't have account in hdfc.
My RM said it is easier with opening saving accounts but he did without any savings account. I think you can do by sending snail mail to Chennai office.

Just online your father's account online and then add him to Addons manually from net banking.

No need for account. Simply visit your branch and fill the fill along with the kyc documents. I recently applied for my parents. Though a bit slower process than opening an account and applying for a card thereafter.

not only did I get INFINIA 1st year free but they also gave me Swiggy and Tata New infinity both lifetime free.
And now they are offering my family members (who don't have any HDFC card) Regalia Gold, Diners Privilege & Millennia also lifetime free.
but what will we do with these cards when we got INFINIA?

Ye RM sab bevakuf banate hai bas. Grivence pe mail karo best hai. Mene bhi infinia ese hi liya tha.
