Instant discount on SBI BPCL card?

Will I get 10% instant discount on SBI BPCL credit card?

The agent from my nearby branch is insisting to take SBI Simply click credit card instead of BPCL. he is saying instant discount will not be there for BPCL card.

I will prefer BPCL as yearly spend is 50K for fee reverse and Simply click has 1 Lakh.

Please suggest.

You will get instant discount on BPCL SBI Card but It is being issued in Rupay variant. So, you won't be able to buy product in Merchant EMI.

Maybe Rupay variant is introduced recently ? I got this card in May this year as Visa Platinum.
To answer the OP, yes instant discount is applicable on SBI BPCL. I bought home appliances during the Amazon GIF.

You can but they charge 20% ROI + processing fee for flexipay EMI.

Sometimes they do offer 13% ROI without processing fees. But it's not available most of the time.
