Is Axis Magnus Credit Card Being Issued as Plastic?

I applied for Axis Magnus on 31-Oct-2022 & it is approved yesterday. I heard that Axis has started issuing plastic card instead of metal? Does anyone have idea?

Today morning, I talked to Customer care & they said your application has been declined. I'll get regret letter from Axis.
