Is IndusInd Bank still issuing the Legend CC as LTF? Is it worth it?

I'm self-employed and have a CIBIL score of around 775 with no enquiries in the past one year. I don't have any existing relationship with IndusInd Bank.

I'm curious, is IndusInd Bank still issuing the Legend CC as LTF? My sole purpose to obtain this card is to open the Select savings account as it has a zero MAB requirement and provides an LTF debit card.

Is this card easily approved though? And is it still worth it?

Thank you very much for sharing this. So this is also kind of similar reply they gave me.
A lot of people here have gotten generic response from Indusind Customer Support, which may not be of any help in case Indusind levies non-maintenance charges.

What you can do instead is, in your email, mention the SR number of the Credit Card Linking request that is generated after you've successfully linked your credit card. Ask the Customer Support to confirm that the SR no. has been processed successfully. If they confirm it, it indirectly means that your accounts have been linked successfully in thier system and now your account shall be treated as a Zero MAB account (given that you've fulfilled the rest of the conditions as well, like Card in the name of the Primary account holder, etc.).

This would be a better proof in case you need to raise a complaint in the future.

I was existing customer and pinnacle cc started to show up in mobile app and netbanking automatically. So I don't really have any Sr number, and I can't link again.
 
Really a strange bank they are. Even today they sent me a message asking me to complete Video KYC. I contacted their customer support, who first made me wait 20 minutes to connect, then transferred me from one representative to another. Talked to a total of 3 representatives, wherein the first two didn't have the answer. The third representative told me that my Video KYC is marked as completed there.

Then in the afternoon, received another WhatsApp message asking me to complete Video KYC. So, I talked with them again. But this time, the representative said my Video KYC status is still pending!

How's it even possible that one agent told me the Video KYC is completed, but another one told it's not?

I think you can delink and link your CC again via Indusnet. That way you can be sure of successful linkage & also have a proof to show.
What if it doesn't get link again? Because you know it's Indus Valley Bank. Anything can happen here.

In your monthly statement, is it mentioned zero balance?

All these time I thought it was a problem with my browser/network.
 
What a disastrous bank IndusInd is! The physical Legend card was delivered to me just now. On the paper where the card was pasted, the credit limit shows as ₹75,000! Whereas at the time of application, it was being shown as ₹1,32,000!

I'll also escalate the issue regarding incorrect credit limit to their customer care because the credit limit shown there was "after" my CIBIL was accessed! It has never happened with another bank with me. Will also not activate and give a closure request if they don't comply.
Lol! Exactly the same happened with me. Mine was delivered today as well and I was surprised to see 75k limit when I was shown ~125k at the time of applying. I am not sure if reaching out to them would be of any help because this bank has the worst customer support of all. I had to seek RBI BO's help just to get my RMN updated for my Select account. Pathetic!

But let me know if you email your concern to them, I'll try my luck too.
After emailing to their Level 2 Support (head.cardservices) and to Level 3 (nodal.officer) and getting no satisfactory reply from either of them, I finally wrote to their Credit Cards Head team (headcreditcards) yesterday, and received the following response today:

This e-mail is with reference to your IndusInd Bank Credit Card.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Basis your email, we have referred the details to relevant team with regards to credit card limit & will update you the status shortly.

We request your support and co-operation in the interim.

While both the previous escalations failed to forward my concern to the relevant team and gave a generic response on how to increase the credit limit, at least the Credit Cards' Head team forwarded it to somebody.

If they fail to increase the limit as well, I will forward it to their Managing Director desk, and then to RBI BO.
 
If you have not applied for timeprime membership via Visa signature offer than you can apply for the same.
As legend is visa signature card.

This offer is applicable only once per user during the campaign period (01 Apr 2023 to 30 Sep 2024). If a user has already claimed the offer once during the campaign period, they will be unable to claim this offer again.
