Is it possible to use Diners Club Black before it is delivered?

yes you can use it if all the necessary detail like 16 digit ,expiry & CC are visible to you, i think international transaction are disable by default so no harm in trying
Yes you can use but only if you are able to see the digits just enable online transactions and take a note of card digits,expiry and cvv voila you are good to go 😊 otherwise you you won't.

Not all details (CVV, entire Card Number, Expiry date) are visible in app/net-banking/MyCards for HDFC, atleast weren't available for me. So, I had to wait for card delivery!
Is there no option to make payments via the net banking app using the credit card itself like how GPay works once you add the card details in there? CVV and other sensitive information aren't visible, so I guess I will have to wait for delivery.

@Tosh did you apply in Branch or online for the premier institute program? what was the process for application? How did you share your degree certificate?
HDFC PoC created groups on WhatsApp. Those interested were provided with the list of required documents. Then a representative from the bank brought all the forms to our home had them filled and took the required documents with him.
I have been told that all their branches are aware of this program so you can just walk into any branch and they will let you know about the details.

It was changed in January this year, and all cards below Infinia were removed from dineout complimentary membership, which was replaced with Zomato pro. Also if you scroll down a bit they have mentioned the conditions for redeeming those memberships. I guess it's not updated yet see this link, I will try once my card arrives and confirm here. Hope you're right and I am wrong 😀

Yes, all those memberships mentioned under welcome benefits are locked behind a payment milestone.

You can use DCB card before it is delivered. I have received a mail that mine was created as Instant card with a secure link to view the details. It can be used domestic online but with 20% of full limit. But any wallet load will attract 2.5% charges as condition. I tried using it and it was declined promptly as online transactions are OFF as per RBI regulations. I used Eva to enable it and used it even before getting the physical card.
1. The complimentary memberships are based on either of two if offered -
a. Realization of joining fee
b. Spend target
Current spend target offer is 1.5L in 90 days and then one can get them on fulfilling.
I got my DCB FYF with same offer and now in second statement, I have completed the spend target. They have now shown this in Statement under Reward points as FYF - 1 RP, Welcome benefit - 1RP. It generally takes 15 days for them to send the welcome benefit email and SMS. So I hope I will get in Sep first week.
2. Vouchers benefit is for each month. I got this in first month of July for meeting spend. I received SMS and email to redeem in Poshvine link by Aug 5 and the link is valid for 30 days to choose the options. Once you choose, it will be delivered to email/SMS and the other options become unavailable. This repeats for every month that one meets the spend target. Wellness offers are always available and you can choose any time.
