Just now got an update - "Just confirmed with Customer Care that Still RuPay Platinum Debit Card is not Launched but in few weeks they are going to launch it"

Just mailed to nodal officer for issuance of virtual rupay platinum debit card. If they deny to providing rupay platinum debit card for old users, after how many days i can file complaint in RBI against jio?

Mailed nodal officer at morning around 8:00am (17th September 2024)

Got reply on same day and my debit card has been successfully upgraded to Rupay platinum virtual debit card from virtual dummy debit card.

They are just saying, permanently blocked card can't be unblocked again. It's closed.

There are 2 types of blocking; temporary & permanent. Thier name are enough to state, what are they capable of.

You thought you will permanently block one card and then place request for another. After issuance of fresh/ new card, you will unblock permanently blocked card again, this is how were you thinking to use twice? Lol 🤣

Bro is thinking everywhere he can exploit the system, even where there's no loophole. Seems, bro has not recovered with Unipay/BBPS, technical glitches.🤣

Underground hone ke jagh bro is searching for other loopholes. 😈



Moral: Hence proved, laalach buree bala hai 🙂

As he blocked existing card, from which Amz friday offer is already availed and then requested for replacment so that he can use the offer twice in the month only, for which Jio denied saying once card is blocked, then no any card can be issued for that account. 🤣

Here same cannot unblocked & reissued means, card bearing with the same details which was permanently blocked cannot be unblocked & reissued again.

But inka post dekh ke lag raha, Jio frise naya card issue karne ko bhi mana kardiya 🤣

Soche the 2/2 use karenge ab 1 bhi nahi bacha 😐🤣

I just don't have an active debit card that's my issue.
What if my debit card is compromised? in that case can't i request for a debit card replacement?😒
