Jio Payments bank launch Free RuPay Platinum Debit card| Zero Balance account:

Just now got an update - "Just confirmed with Customer Care that Still RuPay Platinum Debit Card is not Launched but in few weeks they are going to launch it"

Anyone use this new Regular Savings Account on Jio Payment bank ? Let me know more details about Virtual RuPay Platinum debit card.

Mine happened immediately, At first when i opened a Jio Payments Bank account it was Lite saving accounts but as soon as I completed vkyc (which I did on same day) it was upgraded to Full Digital savings account and the old card (the one without CVV) was blocked & a new debit card RuPAY Platinum with CVV was issued

and u can use the new card right away?

Nowadays, it is very difficult to get agent over vkyc. It is starting with waiting count of 150 approx and then when it reaches 50 waiting it errors saying "Agents are busy". Tried multiple times getting errored out every time.

Anybody else facing same issue ?
Is there any way to convert it to Full KYC account?

Well I haven't done any transaction yet, but was able to secure card (₹2 Debit & Refund) on Swiggy
My DTH recharge is due, will do this Friday and will update further

Seems issue only with adding money via debit card.
Working fine with UPI.

it used to be a good while people back in day used it for add money discounts
in Amazon wallet then to back again via upi But no longer now.
But still is a good offer. For weekend
