Just Closed an Axis Bank BSBDA account from Axis Mobile app.

No i dont want to contact them, probably they wont agree.
I simply courier closure form to branch. This is high likely they reject. Its standard procedure mentioned in the mail, so they can't deny imo.

i still unable to understand why you dont want to contact branch, but its your wish
just make a try , may be they will do smoothly. IT effects their Branch score like negative and inactive accounts

Suppose if i contact them first and if they don't agree then I can't send form.

If i send form first, then will contact me then we can have a strict conversation and proceed further. If they don't agree after sending form, i can escalate on email that i received at today morning.

They will only call you , why you are not using, when they have some reviews and audits
I dont think they ever do. Axis is a notorious bank in terms of charging fees.
Just got call from customer care, she's asking to contact via branch mail. I asked if there's any negative balance, she said I'm see zero balance only.
Then call got cut😬

10000000 % agree with you in terms of charging fee, very worst bank always first in looting charges,
customer care people cant check negative balance,

only branch OPERATIONS, cash ,teller , BM, your RM(if level 4 access) they can only check the neagative balance
