I applied 2 days ago, did the vkyc yesterday, and uploaded my income documents yesterday, and then today morning also after another mail about document upload came. but I am still unable to track my application status with my reference number on this page https://mediacampaigns.americanexpress.com/appTracker

okay, so is there any way to track my application status? since this link (https://mediacampaigns.americanexpress.com/appTracker) gives this message when I try to track "we could not find any application associated with the Mobile Number / 14 Digit App Ref Number"

Please tell your company to start Video KYC or hire a third party verification service so that you can start servicing some of the non-serviceable areas
Or set up an office in my state. The government will soon start offering office space right next to beaches, so you can literally work right next to a beach 🙂
