Kotak Account frozen

Hi Sir/Madam
Request you to please advise how I can fix Kotak 811 account frozen issue.
Already visited Bank they said your account will be active in 15 days but no luck, I am having rent amount and other bills due which I can't pay because of this problem.

Visit your nearest or home branch and talk to them about why it is frozen. No other way. The sooner you do, the better.
