811 Super upgrade option not available. Tried contacting customer care via chat, they said it's not available for my account yet.

Long time 811 full kyc user. Zero balance maintained most of the time. Very minimal usage as of now.

Is their any way to bypass this waiting period?
Same here. No option to bypass. I guess we'll have to wait.
 
I ws a 811 zero balance account holder with virtual classic visa debit card, i upgraded to super account today, I got only message regarding cheque book but not platinum visa debit card dispatch, vwhen does virtual platinum debit card will show up in the 811 app?

few have received both together and may have received them separately. so u will get them for sure.. similarly few got virtual card after 48hr of activations and few have got it only after physical delivery
 
Have anyone got any cb for cc bill with kotak 811 super cc via sbi unipay?? Plz tell when you paid bill and when you got cb? Wt about fuel transaction?? Cb for fuel, insurance and cc bill via sbi unipay?

cb for cc bill on unipay - yes.
paid 26th-sept recieved on 15th-nov.. it is mentioned in kotak T&C that it will ON or after 15th of every month for cashback.
fuel&insurance i don't know.

u will get new card.. you will get message only after card gets generated, so wait

It will get dispatched seperately don't worry, you will get a new card
And I can't access the newer 811 app now, I think I will have to shift back to the shitty old kotak app

For the error :-

The Kotak Account you seem to hold will be managed using the Kotak Bank App . This is the exact error I am getting when trying to login in the new app.

Maybe they converted the account yesterday so it might take some time to process. I have attached the confirmation email, hopefully I am on the right track ?

For most of users, 811 app started showing the 811Super icon/logo almost immediately. Is there 300 debit/charges to your account? Did you pay?
