few have received both together and may have received them separately. so u will get them for sure.. similarly few got virtual card after 48hr of activations and few have got it only after physical delivery

cb for cc bill on unipay - yes.
paid 26th-sept recieved on 15th-nov.. it is mentioned in kotak T&C that it will ON or after 15th of every month for cashback.

The Kotak Account you seem to hold will be managed using the Kotak Bank App . This is the exact error I am getting when trying to login in the new app.
Maybe they converted the account yesterday so it might take some time to process. I have attached the confirmation email, hopefully I am on the right track ?
