update - and it good one finally.
Someone from Kotak Bank called me and asked for my basic details. She mentioned that I had applied for the Kotak White Signature Card, but the application was left incomplete. She requested me to share my basic details such as my name, PAN card number, and date of birth. She also sent an SMS from Kotak for consent, which I provided within 1 minute. Later, on WhatsApp, she asked for additional information including my mother's name, home address, and office address. She also mentioned that an executive would be sent for biometric verification. It appears that there is still hope for all of us to receive this card, starting with me due to the pending vkyc (video know your customer) process. and just received the call for Physical Bio-metric, he just need my Aadhaar number and my thump Impression and yes i confirmed the card will be LTF or as per application PDF we all three have received and she mentioned after these card will be delivered in one week time. @Vaastav @mgforce @nitrogenSingh
Edit: I received another SMS this time. I entered an OTP and my DOB. Then, I was presented with the same screen displaying the Kotak White Signature Card with no joining and annual fees. Following this, I received a congratulatory SMS along with a new application ID.

For me, no progress yet on Twitter, today again asked me "mode of application, date, application". Something which I shared many days back.
On email, got an answer that will come back in 4 working days.

No, @nitrogenSingh, don't do that. You have already emailed them that template. Now, wait because today is Monday, so hopefully by the end of this week, your physical KYC will also be completed.on 30th July, I emailed them which was Sunday, so it took around 4/5 working days.
I applied on 31st July, Sent email on 1st august, got response to wait 7 working days on 2nd august.

Today I also got a call ..which someone else had to take as I was in office call 😛 But they asked for PAN etc. Later got an sms like below:

PS: Twitter replied today that this card cant be sourced online due to technical error. And asked me to confirm if OK for physical sourcing.
Not sure the link (on SMS) came from whom! And if that is physical sourcing or same continuation?

Received the card. Checked with customer care, it is LTF.
I completed the physical KYC, but there hasn't been any CIBIL update for that yet. I believe the two CIBIL hits were sufficient. I received two emails for Aadhaar verification - one for OTP and another confirming Biometric Success. I had to go downstairs to finalize this process because the executive had just reached my office address about 45 minutes after getting his bike from the RTO. and he insisted it would take just 5 min to complete this process.
Nearly same steps done by me.
What I clearly understood from Kotak person who called is that this is a completely new application which they are processing now. Old one is invalid.
The only thing they are using from old application (not sure if they can see those details) is product code. She said it was 101 and so they will use same and will get card LTF.
For me, one CIBIL hit done on 27th when applied online
One CIBIL hit post this offline application, after giving PAN to Kotak person (post this they fetch CIBIL etc and then confirm if card is pre-approved or not)
Now she is filling the form (asked all details - parent name, home & office address etc).
Going by what Vaibhav shared, one more CIBIL hit will be there..
