For me, biometric was just done.

Now waiting for card to come and then I am going to complaint to Kotak Nodal for these multiple enquiries for one card application and request for suppression. 🤞

do share template and email address would send that too once get the card along with LTF confirmation via email from kotak. even though it 100% LTF but can't take risk with kotak.

Isn't Onescore automatically refreshed, we can't decide when to do refresh ourself na?

it does remind through sms after 30 days then it up to you.

I applied via the link given, was rejected.

Got a call a week later - and they said they will offer me FYF
I said I am eligible for ltf, so I won't accept fyf. So the agent said ok and gave me ltf.

Kyc, cibil hit done.

Got a call a week later - and they said they will offer me FYF
I said I am eligible for ltf, so I won't accept fyf. So the agent said ok and gave me ltf.

Called cust care, they said the application number can be used to track from 2 days later, but was helpful to confirm if the person actually was from kotak.

See for me from 1st kotak online which was on 27th july one cibil hit and 3 more cibil hit on 7th August I have posted the ss in this thread so let c when will kotak approve my application. I'm waiting for au zenith ltf card too so hopefully both will be delivered by this week end.

For me, tracking is giving same error. Not found - after kyc on my way to office I tried through WhatsApp to track the application same error then in the night same error. In the morning after 3 cibil hit. I received sms and through WhatsApp and through kotak application track it showed me processing.

Did you get a further confirmation call from Kotak - like verification etc? - no call from kotak after physical verification. I do have the person number so I think it take 4 to 7 working days after physical verification so would wait till Monday.
