Thanks.
I do have the neu card.

I plan to purchase vouchers like myntra, tanishq.
Any idea about their limits?

OR overall monthly bonus neucoins capping for gift card on TataNeu infinity (like we have 2000 for Utility, croma etc).
Not sure about the limits of other vouchers.

They haven't provided a separate column in t&c mentioning the cap for gift cards yet. If they count it in tata bill paynents then the fair usage of that is 6L annually i think.

I wrote to them, this is what they replied:

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that, you can purchase 20 Gift Card the limit of Rs. 50,000 in one month and there is no capping on purchase. Also you can check the information in FAQ.

Hi all, bumping up this thread. I am facing a problem.
I made a LIC premium payment of Rs 780 last week (March 5) using Tata Neu app and Neu infinity credit card.
They say 5% cashback neu coins for insurance payment.

The bill got generated today (April 12) and nowhere I see the 5% NC in it. (Rs 39)
It is not there in base neu coins or bonus neu coins. I calculated everything in the bill.
Am I missing something? How to get it clarified?

[UPDATE]:
I got a call from customer care. They explained the process. 1.5% will be credited in the current month and remaining 3.5 % will come in the next month's bill. That's because payment date and bill generation date is in the same month.

Only if the bill generation date is 1st of every month, then previous month's LIC premium payment we will get both 1.5 and 3.5 together in the next month's bill.

Such a complicated system.
