If the credit card application was successfully submitted then of course no bank will remove the credit bureau enquiry as we voluntarily agreed to that and it's understood that when applying for a CC, a credit bureau enquiry will be done. But it's when they do this enquiry and the application process is bugged/errors out and we're unable to submit the application that it's injustice done on the customer. Fixing the error is the bank's job. Or remove the enquiry. Not in any other case.
