Life Time Free (LTF) HDFC Pixel Play Credit Card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

That is what I said in my case I was not able to setup the PIN when I raised a ticket they said that is a know issue few users are facing it. Later I setup PIN through other means and started using the card. If it works it works or else it messed up. Even their team is unable to fix it.

OK but yours is a different issue. I set PIN and everything but the card generated itself is invalid/disabled/can't be activated despite setting/resetting PIN. The dumbf**cks are only suggesting I reinstall PayZapp to fix card transactions 🤣 Some amateurs operating this card

I still can't setup PIN even today on PayZ app for RuPay card it shows setup PIN once I enter OTP and revisit the page. Its not fully developed app more of a beta version. HDFC is not a start up why can't they hire good developers to handle PayZ app..

So you have both Visa physical and RuPay virtual? and you used Visa for 5%?

No, I took only rupay & I got both virtual and physical. If We opt for both, we will get only physical card for visa.
