RM tells me, they've been badgering backend with mails on behalf of me and few others.

Huge backlog of M4B applications it seems and backend is asking RM to request customer to wait till the OGS is generated, since customer appears eligible.

I was like, thoda aur sehlenge.

If I have to go through BH, then I am fucked. LOL

I had raised a complaint against him a few months ago because he said there is no way to get upgrade to Burgundy without keeping 10lac balance, even with Family banking. One can be part of Family banking but won't get the benefits of Burgundy if he is not maintaining the balance.

Just think what kind of branch it is where the BH is ignorant.

I see two different contacts in the app.
RM & BH. Different name, number & email.
Both are different people all together.

I contacted the person whose designation was RM. He was pretty useless. I'll try contacting the BH tomorrow and see if he knows anything.

Haha I had raised a complaint against RM just few days ago asking for a change of RM.
So If I have to go through RM then I am fucked 😂

You can check in your web Login on your right side. If your Branch is a large Branch then RM and BH will be separate. If it is not the main branch then both BH and RM will be same

I have different RM and BH as it is big branch. My RM is more useless than the BH. When I asked him about this, he directed me to another guy who handles credit card things at the bank.

There is an option of chaning your Branch as well.. You can check the emailers that Axis sends

Opened the Burgundy account in October.
I can't find any OGS in the account or email.
