Any idea when OGS for October will be generated?
Opened the Burgundy account in October.
I can't find any OGS in the account or email.

Around 4th -7th November. If your salary was credited before 31st October. It will show in OGS

I see two different contacts in the app.
RM & BH. Different name, number & email.
Both are different people all together.

I contacted the person whose designation was RM. He was pretty useless. I'll try contacting the BH tomorrow and see if he knows anything.

RM's are usually freshers. If you work in IT you can corelate with Managment trainees who do the presales job

My RM called me and said he received a list of customers eligible for upgrade. As per his advise I called the customer care and it happened instantly. Even I am surprised as oct OGS yet to generate.

I have opened Burgundy salary in Aug but salary started getting credited from Sep.
