Does this email not say that they declined the application ? That is surely not same as cancelling an application .. Isn't it ? I guess complaining to RBI about mis selling for a declined application might get your enquiry removed but I doubt YES bank will agree for a compensation since you did not get the card ! Someone please Correct me if I'm wrong ?

Boom... Let's see how it goes. I have briefly and honestly mentioned each and every details. Asked for Marquee LTF and 1000000 INR compensation for harassment and cheating. I don't expect 10 Lac. but Marquee LTF sounds reasonable, also mentioned that I would like to report such mis-leading practice by Yes Bank to RBI and there was option Mis-selling credit card for categorising complaint.
