Boom... Let's see how it goes. I have briefly and honestly mentioned each and every details. Asked for Marquee LTF and 1000000 INR compensation for harassment and cheating. I don't expect 10 Lac. but Marquee LTF sounds reasonable, also mentioned that I would like to report such mis-leading practice by Yes Bank to RBI and there was option Mis-selling credit card for categorising complaint.

Great job. Hope you have uploaded all the screenshots. Yes bank people will try to settle with the minimum offer or compensation but just don't move from your demand for LTF marquee. Let them know the sweet bitter taste of RBI ki gajar 🤣

Yes I did uploaded all screenshots and fake PDF shared by them for Marquee credit card… I will not settle this time, I also consulted with my corporate lawyer, they said go ahead.

take reserve ltf.. if lounges access is not a concern then reserv ltf is good..

If the agent promised you marquee LTF, I will suggest don't back off from your stand. They will ultimate have to give if you have the proof
