Remembered late at night that my Hdfc bill was pending , so went to mobikwik and payed the bill around 10k
Today I realized my mistake I had paid the bill via CC thus incurred 3% fee .
Now on top of that the bill payment has failed but in refund its showing only the 10k amount not the convenience fee
Do they refund the transaction fee ?
Anyone has any exp regarding the same ?
