I've been waiting for two years with no pre offers. I was expecting an 'Wow' card offer from IDFC, but I have a Select Account SIP with a monthly contribution of 5k, and all I've received is an endless 'wait, wait, wait

As per my understanding, RBL also provides credit cards through DSA only. They don't have any full-time employees.

As per my banker idfc doesn't approve card upgrades easily they approve only 6-7 application out of 100 for card upgrade even if they are eligible.

Reason for not upgrading is they don't have any system to do so....

Got recently IDFC Wealth CC very easily.
Visited the nearest branch and asked for a credit card.
They took the details and told they can give wealth with 5L limit LTF.
I was expecting Select LFT and thought will request for wealth LTF.

Anyway got the CC delivered with in week.
They sent a seperate DreamFolks card for spa and lounge ac

I had applied randomly for IDFC First Card back in May 2023, they instantly rejected my application. I tried again yesterday with my primary number and I keep getting some error popup. So I tried with my secondary number, Sal 1.8LPM and C2C 5.25L limit. And it presented Select Card.

I visited branch today, and they said they can create Wealth Account for me and apply for Wealth Card (if it shows up in the system)!

Turns out Wealth account does not guarantee a Wealth CC!

PS - Difficult to get Wealth CC very easily 😅😉

I visited branch. He's suggesting take the Select Card, after few months usage I'll get upgrade to Wealth.
I was told the same when I took HDFC DCP and same with ICICI Mine card 😂

Try using another mobile and get your card or DM me if you want to apply using same mobile no.

I already hold Select CC with limit of 2.7L. Neither do they increase the limit, nor do they upgrade it to Wealth even after multiple mails.

Should I close the card and then apply from new number?

2 - Which branch/ City .
3- Yes u got without salary slip or itr but your actual itr/ salary etc etc 😂

I closed my select card few days back. I was tired of asking for a wealth cc upgrade. I have tried with alternate numbers but its gives the same error.

I simply don't understand idfc, my friend who rarely uses his couple of basic cc, got wealth cc from an agent while visiting a mall🤷🏽‍♂️

Same here. closed the Select card and tried with alternate number but it shows error. Will apply through an agent after 3-4 months.

Salary 36LPA or existing Credit card with 5L+ limit and should be atleast a year old. And even if you have that, they might still not offer Wealth
